This was a joke song me, Bilay, Mikey and Zac recorded. Me and Bilay then proceeded to get drunk and ruin the song/recording of it.
It's more of an inside joke than anything else.
We used to be in a pop punk band called Six From The End when we were 16, which wrote this song called Canadian. We thought it would make us millions if we produced it correctly and sold it to Molson.
Turns out we got drunk instead and wanted to make the worst song we possibly could out of it, kind of as a breather in the compilation instead of taking ourselves seriously.
lyrics
I like to be Canadian
I love to be Canadian
and if i wasn't Canadian
then I'd want to be Canadian
When you're walking down the street
A friendly canadian you're bound to meet
We won't treat you bad, we won't kiss your ass
but we'll show you whose number one (that's us!)
I like to be Canadian
I love to be Canadian
and if i wasn't Canadian
then I'd want to be Canadian
If you're ever coming into town
i'm sure you'll never have a frown
as long as your hanging with us, there's no need to fuss
cause we know how to break it down!
I like to be Canadian
I love to be Canadian
and if i wasn't Canadian
then I'd want to be Canadian
